The Tyrolean architecture of the Main Lodge is accented by hand -carved balustrades, steeply pitched gables and cedar shake roof with an Austrian bell tower. Guests relax in the comfortably appointed common rooms and libraries including our Sun Room, Family Room, Library and Living Rooms-each with individual character and views and some with fireplaces.

Relax in front of a roaring fire with your favorite novel or play a board game with a friend. Large windows throughout the Main Lodge provide guests with continuous views and a constant reminder that they are in a true mountain resort.

All ninety six guestrooms in the Main Lodge offer panoramas of the majestic Green Mountains, private baths, color cable television, telephones, and are tastefully appointed with European-style furnishings.
