ESD Durham-RTP-Miami has interior corridors, is located in the Research Triangle Park and only 10 minutes from RDU International Airport. Featuring two types of accommodations: studios and suites. Each suite offers roomy living and bedroom areas, fully equipped kitchens with full size refrigerators, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and utensils. For even more comfort, most suites contain a sleeper sofa and an oversized work desk. Suites also come with a dual line telephone with data ports and voice mail and all the comforts of home, including a deluxe continental breakfast bufett,high speed Internet access and an inviting courtyard pool. The hotel also offers an on-site laundry facility and daily valet service available. Complimentary shuttle service Monday - Friday (7am-9pm) to and from the airport as well as within 5-mile radius of hotel. One pet is allowed per guest room. A 25.00 USD per day non refundable cleaning fee (not to exceed 75.00 USD) will be charged the first night of your stay. Pets must never be left unattended. The pet owner will be responsible for any damage caused by their pet. Guide dogs are always accepted. Housekeeping: 7 nights or more - housekeeping services are provided on a twice-weekly basis. Refresh service (replenish towels, empty trash, make bed with existing linens, replenish amenities) is provided on the 3rd night and full service (includes changing of bed linens and vacuuming of room) on the 5th or 6th night. This cycle continues to repeat itself, as the guest says longer. 4-6 nights - One refresh service is provided (replenish towels, empty trash, make bed with existing linens, replenish amenities) on the 3rd or 4th night. 1-3 nights - No service. Linens available at Front Desk. *Additional housekeeping services are always available for a nominal fee.Pet policy- only one pet allowed in room.
