The Carroll Villa is on the cover of the Cape May handbook as an architectural example of this style, which presents an imposing, sweeping porch, tall front windows, a symmetrical facade, and often a cupola, as does the Carroll Villa. The Carroll Villa is located in the heart of Cape May, the most southern resort in New Jersey, USA on historic Jackson Street, just half a block away from the beach and half a block away from the heart of the town, Washington Street Mall.
