Guest must cancel 7 days prior to arrival date to avoid a cancel penalty of one nights lodging. If cancellation is received 7 days prior to arrival guest will receive refund on advance deposit minus a A %2410.00 USD non-refundable service fee. If reservation is made within 30 days prior to arrival credit card will be charged immediately. Reservations are guaranteed for the entire period reserved, early departures will be charged the remaining nights of their original guaranteed reservation.
