The spectacular City Lights seventh floor meeting room overlooks the bluffs of historic Dubuque. High-speed internet access is available in all meeting rooms and select guest rooms. An indoor climate-controlled walkway connects the Grand Harbor Resort to the Grand River Convention Center.
