COTTONWOOD COURT MOTEL is nestled at the foot of Pikes Peak in beautiful Manitou Springs, Colorado and is centrally located to all area attractions. Motel is situated on almost 3 acres of rolling lawns, shaded by trees and the Fountain Creek running behind the property. There's always a bird chirpping in the tree and deer often pay us a visit. A truely enjoyable and relaxing atmosphare.
